Asking Huck good questions
Huck works best when your question is specific. A few habits make answers faster and more accurate:
Name the metric, the time range, and the who/what. The more context you give, the less Huck has to guess.
Use your organization's real names for customers, products, and metrics — the terms your team actually uses.
Ask one thing at a time. If you need a comparison, say what you're comparing and over what period.
Refine instead of restarting. If an answer isn't quite right, add detail and ask again rather than rephrasing from scratch.
Use the ✨ button to improve your question. Before hitting submit on your question, click the star to get help rewriting your question in a way Huck will better understand (including specific dates, filters, etc).
Example
Clearer: "Total cases shipped to Green Valley in Q1 2026"
Vaguer: "How are sales doing?"
If Huck says it can't answer, it's usually because the question is ambiguous, he hasn't learned your terminology quite yet, or the data isn't available to your account. Add a time range, a specific customer or product, or the exact metric name, and try again.
Always provide feedback if the answer wasn't what you wanted so we can help him learn.
